





The Arcadia Creek Festival Place is located at the center of the Arcadia district at the heart of beautiful downtown Kalamazoo. As the premier gathering place for festivals and other special events, the most prominent elements include the Arcadia stage, an event programming pavilion, a children's play area and the jumping jewel fountain. Abundant planting surround each of the significant architectural components.
Designed by local architects O'Boyle Cowell Blalock & Associates and Eckert-Wordell, the Arcadia Creek Festival Place is host to more than fifteen events annually drawing around 150,000 visitors to downtown Kalamazoo.
The festival place is open daily from 8am - dusk. Daily admission is free, unless there is a special event taking place.

The PlaygroundThe playground area is handicapped accessible and includes two climbing walls, monkey bars, a teeter-totter and a bright red slide. Surrounding the playground is a brick seat wall for parents to relax and supervise their children's play. The playground also incorporates a rubberized surface designed to soften falls.
ADA AccessibilityAll aspects of the Arcadia Creek Festival Place were designed to be fully accessible to all patrons in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act including barrier free ramping located at all entrances. The children's play area is also accessible; this allows children with disabilities to participate fully.

Several options are available for parking on a daily basis, please download our parking map here for detailed information. Otherwise parking lot #6 metered parking is available just north of the Eleanor Street entrance to the festival place.
